Duration : 12 months with possible extension
Schedule : 6.30AM to 6.30PM/6.30PM to 6.30AM (Rotating Shift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform entry-level inspections and basic functional testing. The role involves ensuring products meet internal and external quality standards through visual, mechanical, and physical inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per specifications
- Conduct visual and mechanical checks using tools like microscopes, calipers, and micrometers
- Maintain compliance with quality regulations (cGMP)
- Assist with document control, scanning, and archival processes
- Initiate non-conformance reports as required
- Participate in special projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical degree preferred)
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical device/FDA regulations is a plus
