Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TikTok Sales Representative, based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and supporting sales operations specifically with TikTok marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, and supporting sales activities. The role requires an understanding of TikTok as a platform and its sales potentials.

• Strong Sales Coordination and Sales skills to support and enhance TikTok marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication for fostering strong client relations
• Experience in Sales Operations and the ability to optimize sales processes
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with TikTok’s platform and trends, as well as social media marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in social media sales or digital marketing is a plus
