Role Description

Electrical Lines LLC is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Professional to join their team. You can office in Denver, Salt Lake City, or remotely. In this role, the representative will support sales efforts by building and maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to enhance customer experiences, and working closely with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Account Management to maintain and grow customer accounts
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Knowledge of the electrical industry or sales experience in a related field is a plus
• WIRE AND CABLE KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred or equivelent indistry experience
