Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + bi-annual bonus

Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned territory. You’ll support clients via phone and email with quotes, order processing, expediting, logistics coordination, warranties, and general account support. You will work closely with a dedicated Outside Sales Representative, acting as the internal sales and service partner for the territory.
Our goal is for customers to rely on you as their go-to contact for day-to-day needs, while the Outside Sales Rep focuses on onsite visits, new business development, and meetings.
