Position Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and broker deals between clients and our network of trusted service providers.
This is a pure performance role for self-starters who are motivated by opportunity, freedom, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Identify and qualify property owners, managers, developers, HOAs, municipalities, golf courses, and commercial accounts
- Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover project needs
- Coordinate opportunities with internal leadership and external partners
- Broker deals between clients and service providers
- Manage pipeline, follow-up, proposals, and close opportunities
- Maintain CRM and track activity metrics
- Develop a working knowledge of erosion control, stormwater management, compliance, and environmental improvement solutions
