As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will help prepare accurate quotes, maintain CRM data quality, and coordinate inventory and shipments that keep customers delighted. What You’ll Do
- Deliver world-class customer-support to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate inventory, packing, shipping, and receiving (UPS, FedEx, freight).
- Create accurate quotes and keep CRM records clean and current.
- Assist with trade show logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance.

- Familiarity with CRM/ERP, and shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, KN).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
- 1+ year inside sales, customer service, logistics, or operations.
