This project is for a client company in Texas, contractors will be doing network refreshes for 160 of their clients.

White health / network refreshes for 160 of their clinics - contract negotiations with 90% of signed and approved through 2026.

There is a 90% chance they will be signing/approving client company to also do 30 of their hospitals - not finalized but this would be the conditions that would allow the assignment to extend through 2026. As of now, a contract is signed for the 160 clinics.

What the team will be doing:

Network refreshes at all clinics

Generally consist of 1:00 and 10:00 network switches per clinic and up to 25 wireless access points.

Preliminary surveys before they go in and do the network swap where the team is going onsite and conducting a full network work audit and physical device location. The survey is allowing them to know how the network was working before its broken, then upgrade it and then they know how to fix it back.

Contractors will go to every site to inspect before they do installation

Generally there will be a 3-4 week lead time from the time of survey to the installation

This will allow the Baylor to work with their internet provider and their cabling contractor to work on any additional changes or requirements and if new circuits need to be installed.

Contractors will be working in two general locations client company wants to build a team down towards Austin and another team towards Dallas Fort Worth. Both of these will be running concurrently once were past the testing phase.

Client company will be sending out between one - two members of FTE techs to each region along with contractor hired for the position. The phase roll out would be two contractors near Austin and two contractors new Dallas, Fort Worth. This need will be in late April early May.

As they are trained/developed client company is going to onboard an additional 2 to each location as they start going to the installation aspect of it.

First group would be hired in late April (2)

The second group would be around May. (2)

Network Tech - Tier 1 Texas

The contractors will stay in their region, if located in DFW,

they will stay in their region if in Austin - stay in Austin

Intentions is for large sites they will stay on one site If smaller sites they will travel to different sites. More than likely they will stay in a single site. Hourly travel and mileage will be compensated. Once the assignment starts , they want to keep the same team to start and end because there is no time to re-train new groups. The manager needs consistency They will spend quite a bit of time traveling to their site - they need to plan at least 1-2 hour drives due to the area/traffic.

Area:

Central area for Dallas will be around DFW International preferably east side area.

Austin will be around Jollyville/Great Hills area
