LHH is seeking a dependable and technically skilled IT Help Desk Technician for a fantastic real estate company in Sandy Springs. This role will provide day‑to‑day technology support for a growing organization of 100+ employees. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Help Desk support for over 100 employees, addressing technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain software across servers, workstations, laptops, and other end-user devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF software
  • Support and maintain current versions of Windows Server environments
  • Assist with product research, procurement, and ordering of IT equipment and software
  • Travel to satellite offices as needed for onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF software
  • Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting current versions of Windows Server
  • Web or basic networking experience is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel to satellite office locations as needed
