We are seeking an IT Field Technician based in Dubuque, Iowa. You will be tasked with a variety of duties including management of IT incidents, maintaining computer hardware and software, and supporting both office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems, both hardware and software.
- Managing and resolving technical issues, including desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility, and infrastructure.
- Providing end-user support and overseeing the Field Operations Team.
- Maintaining Windows Active Directory, user security, and network printing.
- Creating and updating Knowledge Base documentation.
- Managing the IT incident queue and providing support to end-users, either remotely or on-site.
Requirements:
- High level customer service and communication.
- 2 years of experience in the technology support space.
- Experience in a Microsoft environment.
