This is a W2 Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C/No 1099 eligibility for this position.
Top Skills:
- Solid background in enterprise system integrations, especially with SAP ECC and IBM Maximo
- Understanding of SaaS implementation projects, including integration with on-prem or legacy systems
- Experience managing projects under a fixed-fee vendor model, including scope, budget, and contractual accountability
- Strong ability to develop and own project plans in collaboration with external vendors
- Proven track record of holding vendors accountable for delivering agreed scope within defined timelines
- Experience working with systems integrators and managing third-party delivery partners

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Delivery Project Manager to take ownership of the execution, coordination, and delivery of key digital and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across IT and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of assigned IT and digital projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resource coordination
- Manage day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and work progresses on schedule
- Proactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed with recommended mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
- Provide clear, concise, and timely project communications, including status updates, issue reporting, and documentation
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and records are maintained in accordance with Digital Factory and IT governance standards
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes within the Digital Factory model
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering IT in a structured project management environment
- Solid background in enterprise system integrations, especially with SAP ECC and IBM Maximo
- Understanding of SaaS implementation projects, including integration with on-prem or legacy systems
Strong skills in:
- Time management and scheduling
- Task prioritization and workflow coordination
- Dependency management across teams and systems
- Project reporting and documentation
- Written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Experience supporting enterprise or utility‑scale technology initiatives.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
