Kellton is a seeking an IT Asset Analyst to help us support our financial services client onsite at their West DesMoines, IA location.
Title: IT Asset Analyst II
Duration – 12 months + (Possibility of Further Extension or conversion)
Location – West Des Moines IA
Pay Rate: $25 / Hr. W2 Contract Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate computer distribution and return processes.
- Address and resolve end-user requests, including escalations, warranty claims, and repair issues.
- Collaborate with physical asset management processes, including shipping and receiving tasks.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Device/Asset Management Experience: Proven ability to manage device inventories effectively.
- Strong Spreadsheet Management Skills: Proficient in organizing and maintaining data.
- Attention to Detail: Thorough and precise in managing assets and documentation.
- Customer Service Orientation: Professional and responsive to inquiries and escalations.
- Escalation Handling Skills: Capable of managing and resolving escalated issues effectively.
- Helpful Experience: Previous work in Desktop Support or Help Desk environments is a plus.
- 3- 5 years of total related experience.
- This role leverages ServiceNow to manage assets and helps maintain the quality data records.
- Must have ability to assist with software entitlements in ServiceNow and read and understand software licensing agreements
- Experience required: 1-3 years' experience in IT procurement, IT asset management, IT contract management or a related field OR 1-3 years' experience in IT software asset management.
Desired Experience:
- ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- IT Asset Management familiarity is valued.
- Strong customer service skills required.
