Job Overview
The Dissemination Support Specialist will provide day-to-day operational support for intelligence content management, dissemination activities, and administrative coordination. The individual will assist in managing intelligence information, maintaining content repositories, supporting dissemination workflows, and providing business and operational support to mission teams. This role requires working closely with analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate distribution of intelligence products.
Scope of Work
Intelligence Dissemination Support
• Support distribution of intelligence products across designated platforms
• Monitor dissemination queues and track delivery status
• Validate content prior to release and ensure proper handling procedures
• Maintain dissemination tracking logs and records
• Assist with urgent dissemination requests as required
• Coordinate with analysts and stakeholders for information sharing
Content & Site Management
• Upload and maintain intelligence documents and reports
• Manage content libraries and document repositories
• Maintain folder structures and site organization
• Ensure content is properly labeled and categorized
• Support content updates and archival activities
• Assist with user access and content visibility issues
Intelligence Management Support
• Maintain intelligence records and tracking data
• Support intelligence data organization and updates
• Assist with intelligence workflow tracking
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of intelligence information
• Support intelligence reporting and documentation activities
• Maintain operational logs and status records
Administrative & Business Support
• Provide general administrative support to program teams
• Assist with meeting coordination and scheduling
• Maintain documentation and operational records
• Support preparation of reports and status updates
• Track action items and operational tasks
• Assist with process documentation and updates
Coordination Support
• Work with cross-functional teams to support mission activities
• Respond to operational requests and inquiries
• Assist with workflow coordination and tracking
• Support compliance and documentation requirements
• Provide general operational support as needed
Required Skills
• Experience supporting operational or intelligence environments
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience managing content or document repositories
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Familiarity with information handling procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a structured operational environment
Experience Requirement
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred 8–12 years supporting operations, intelligence, or content management environments
• Experience working in government or secure environments preferred
• Experience supporting multi-team operational activities preferred
