Industrial Sales Manager
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm
Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience)

Experience:Prior sales experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial services preferred
PrideStaff is partnering with a premier, full-service metal fabrication leader in Dayton, OH to find a high-energy Industrial Sales Manager. Our confidential client is a powerhouse in precision manufacturing, offering everything from fiber laser cutting to in-house powder coating.

The Opportunity
In this role, you won't just be "selling"—ingrained in the production process, you will act as the bridge between customer vision and finished product. You’ll manage a robust portfolio of existing accounts while hunting for new opportunities across the region.
Your Day-to-Day:
Drive Growth: Prospect and network to bring in new business for custom parts and assemblies.
Manage Partnerships: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure we remain their first choice for fabrication.
Technical Collaboration: Review customer drawings and specs to support the quoting process.
Project Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery.
Industry Grit: Prior sales experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial services.
Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of laser cutting, CNC forming, welding, and assembly.
Detail-Oriented: The ability to read and interpret basic prints/drawings is a major plus.
Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced, production-driven environments and pride yourself on your follow-up.
