You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that values safety, organization, and food quality. The schedule offers structured overnight hours with training support on earlier shifts, allowing you to build confidence before working more independently. You will join a collaborative maintenance team with access to a maintenance planner and manager during key hours, ensuring you have guidance when needed. The environment emphasizes continuous improvement, hygienic design, and reliable equipment, giving you opportunities to contribute ideas that directly improve operations. Clear processes, strong quality standards, and a focus on doing things the right way create a stable and professional setting where your skills and craftsmanship are appreciated.

The Maintenance Planner typically works from early morning to mid-afternoon, and the Maintenance Manager works standard daytime hours, with the technician working independently for the last portion of the shift but able to reach the manager quickly if needed. The facility operates under strict food safety standards, with quality assurance inspecting work for food-grade compliance.
