Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment, including conveyors. The role requires conducting preventative maintenance routines, documenting procedures, and performing battery changes and maintenance. Technicians will also enter downtime data in daily logs, complete preventive maintenance sheets, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Work Environment
You will work in a large distribution facility equipped with high-speed automation and robotic components. The role requires walking up to 10,000 steps per day. Candidates must be open to working any 10-hour shift, with shifts available for all hours, including days, nights, and mids. Shifts typically start at 7 am or 7 pm and range from 10 to 12 hours, depending on business needs. Performance is tracked through a data system to ensure expectations are met, but there is no micromanagement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
