Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

🔥 Aseptic Maintenance Mechanic | High-Speed Manufacturing | Hands-On Role

If you’re the type who can troubleshoot, fix, and keep production running, this is a high-impact role where your skills directly drive uptime.

You’ll be working on aseptic processing and packaging equipment in a fast-paced, regulated environment—no sitting around.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair aseptic equipment (fillers, pumps, conveyors, valves, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support start-ups, changeovers, and CIP/SIP processes
• Partner with production + engineering to keep lines running
• Document work and help improve system reliability

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical skills (motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors)
• Basic electrical + PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharma, or aseptic environments
• Ability to read schematics and work in a fast-paced setting

Big Plus

• Experience with aseptic systems (Tetra Pak, Krones, etc.)
• CMMS experience
• Welding/fabrication skills
