Industrial Engineer
Job Description
The Industrial Engineer is a key problem-solver, change agent, resource, designer, and project manager. You will be responsible for driving manufacturing initiatives, including Process Flows, Value Stream Mapping, 5S methodologies, and evaluation of large data sets. Your objective will be to provide new, more streamlined processes and efficiencies for the plant.

Work Environment
This role is located in a large manufacturing facility of nearly 500,000 square feet, specializing in sheet metal fabrication for shelving units. The environment is somewhat noisy due to fabrication and production lines. Engineers will primarily work on the manufacturing floor but will have office spaces for meetings and desk work. The facility offers a flexible work schedule, a casual dress code, and a laid-back work environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
