Design, plan, and launch manufacturing and assembly processes\
Interpret technical data packages into production requirements
Optimize plant layout, workflow, and efficiency using lean principles
Evaluate and recommend capital equipment based on product needs
Build technical and financial business cases for process selection
Run manufacturing simulations (material flow, facility layout)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers
Experience Required:
10+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience
Strong background in manufacturing process design and production systems
