In-house Technology Transactions Counsel
📍 New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Our client, a global business consulting and technology services firm focused on data, analytics, and digital transformation, is seeking a commercially minded in-house attorney to support complex technology transactions and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (SaaS, software licensing, hosting, vendor, and partnership contracts)
• Advise on legal, regulatory, and risk considerations across technology implementations and commercial deals
• Serve as the primary legal contact for contract interpretation and day-to-day queries
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and technology teams to mitigate risk and enable growth
• Support development of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes
• Stay current on evolving regulations, including data privacy and AI
What You Bring
• JD and active U.S. bar membership (NY or CA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience, including technology transactions and/or strategic partnerships
• Mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workstreams and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Work Model
• Base salary: $165,000 – $185,000 + bonus eligibility
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in-office (NYC)
