Location: Hybrid 2-3 days in office / Remote (with occasional travel to client sites); Alpharetta, GA
Position Summary
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting TRAX Analytics deployment
efforts across Smart Restroom, Clean + Inspect, and TRAX IQ platforms. This role ensures that
all implementation activities align with defined project scopes, delivery schedules, and customer
expectations.
Working in close collaboration with Project Managers, Technical Support, and the Operations
team, the Implementation Specialist serves as the operational link between planning and
delivery—ensuring system configurations, technical readiness, and deployments are executed
accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Delivery
• Partner with Project Managers to align technology implementation milestones with project timelines,
scope, and client deliverables.
• Oversee system configuration, sensor setup, data setup, and testing phases to ensure all components
function to specification.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors on hardware readiness,
connectivity, and deployment sequencing.
• Verify site readiness and manage pre-installation documentation and client approvals.
• Participate in UAT testing and validation to ensure a successful system activation.
Operational Coordination
• Track implementation schedules, progress, and risk items; escalate potential delays or
dependencies as needed.
• Maintain communication between Operations, Technical Support, and Project
Management for resource planning and prioritization.
• Ensure all documentation—implementation checklists, site records, and activation
reports—are accurate and archived.
• Contribute to weekly operational meetings, providing updates on active and upcoming
deployments.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Support Project Managers in maintaining alignment between customer expectations and
technical delivery.
• Collaborate with the Technology Team to troubleshoot and resolve integration or
configuration issues.
• Provide post-implementation documentation and system summaries for handoff to
Support and Client Success teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline
preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or IoT system implementation.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, resource scheduling, and implementation
processes.
• Familiarity with IoT devices, APIs, and network connectivity preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active implementations in a fast-paced environment.
