Implementation Manager

OatFi
New York, NY

Company Description

At OatFi, we’re building the modern trust and liquidity layer for B2B payment platforms. Through our API-first infrastructure, platforms can power settlement, working capital, and reconciliation - deepening buyer and supplier relationships, monetizing B2B transactions, and scaling more efficiently.

Much like Visa built a network connecting merchants and consumers, OatFi provides the coordination, reconciliation, and liquidity tools to enable B2B transactions across the AP and AR ecosystem. We solve working capital and reconciliation problems where it matters most: embedded at the point of invoicing and payment.

OatFi is a fast-growing company, offering the right candidate the opportunity to join at a pivotal stage. From day one, you’ll have the chance to shape the future of fintech and make a meaningful, visible impact.

As the tidal wave of B2B payments continues to move online, we’re excited to build the infrastructure powering the next generation of B2B commerce.

Job Description

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and highly organized. As part of our implementation team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding — guiding them from integration planning to go-live. You’ll manage internal timelines, coordinate across teams, and ensure every launch runs smoothly.

You’ll be the face of OatFi for our partner platforms, helping them navigate technical and operational milestones, resolving questions, and facilitating internal go/no-go decisions.

Beyond individual launches, you’ll help shape how we scale implementation: refining our playbooks and process, expanding the whole Partner Success function, and standardizing how we deploy our working capital products across configurations and payment rails.

You’ll collaborate closely with all of our business functions being an integral team member to OatFi. This role reports directly to the Director of Partner Success and is a unique opportunity to build the foundation for how we deliver customer success at scale. You’ll bring structure to fast-moving launches, ensuring every partner goes live with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end partner implementations from contract signature to go-live, serving as the primary point of contact and building trusted relationships throughout
  • Build custom project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and success metrics for each partner launch
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive urgency and momentum through regular check-ins, go/no-go reviews, and proactive risk identification with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Triage and resolve issues during launch and post-launch to ensure stable program releases and smooth transitions to steady-state operations
  • Create scalable processes by documenting playbooks, templates, and workflows that help future partners realize value faster
  • Forecast launch timelines and support capacity planning across the customer pipeline in partnership with leadership

Who You Are

  • Strong project manager and relationship-builder who juggles multiple implementations, defines clear timelines, leads customer conversations confidently, and knows when to bring in cross-functional support
  • Detail-oriented communicator who translates technical concepts into human terms, brings structure to ambiguity, and turns complexity into simple, actionable plans
  • Process builder, not just follower - excited to create scalable systems and playbooks in a fast-moving startup environment
  • 3+ years of implementation experience at a FinTech or technical B2B company, ideally with enterprise programs

You’ll Fit in Well If You…

  • Curious to explore why things are the way they are and question the methodology and propose better solutions to problems.
  • Can self manage projects, timelines and priorities with full force energy
  • Are an excellent communicator, able to simplify complex topics, and gives all the context required to make a decision
  • Are a team player, knowing when to put your foot on the gas and when to take a breather

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision
  • Employee Stock Option Program at a high-growth startup
  • Unlimited PTO plus federal holidays
  • The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year
