Position: Implementation Associate


Location: This role is based at our Cleveland, OH headquarters. To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, the first three months require daily onsite attendance for comprehensive training. Following this initial period, typically between three to six months, you will be eligible to transition to a hybrid work model, requiring two to three days in the Cleveland office per week.


About the Role:

Join our growing team as an Implementation Associate. CoVest is currently seeking an Implementation Associate to support our team in the Cleveland, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will be someone who can independently manage projects, analyze data, communicate effectively and drive program adoption and member engagement. The results-oriented Implementation Associate will have a strong personal work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end program implementations from data intake through go-live and beyond
  • Represent both Supplier and Member perspectives to drive balanced solutions and strengthen partnerships
  • Manage projects independently and keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Lead project progress discussions with Members and Suppliers, clearly communicating objectives, updates, next steps, risks and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate timelines, data, documents, contracts and action items
  • Analyze data for item reviews, pricing validation, and site-level opportunities
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for all stakeholders
  • Flag risks and delays early and escalate as needed to keep projects on track
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline and strengthen future implementations



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation, project management, business analysis, supplier management, or a similar role
  • Experience in the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) or Manufacturing industry is a strong plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Query) is a plus



Reporting Relationship:

The position will report to the Senior Director, Implementation.
