Job Description

The Carpenter Foreman position involves hands-on work and leadership responsibilities within the team. The individual will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed according to specifications. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and assisting during the pouring of panels to ensure everything aligns with the prints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of laborers and carpenters.
• Ensure all forms are built to specifications.
• Monitor and assist during panel pouring to ensure alignment with prints.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficient understanding of blueprints.
• Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place construction.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and construction techniques.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Spokane Valley,WA.
