Job Description
This position is within the foil/rubber department, where you will be responsible for cleaning large pieces of foil, applying frekote, and preparing them for reuse. The role requires the use of a respirator when applying frekote. You will also be involved in pouring rubber molds for presses, which includes lifting an industrial mixer filled with rubber from a counter height and pouring it into molds. This position involves frequently lifting 30-40 lbs, with occasional lifting of over 50 lbs.

The work environment is within an aerospace company that produces thermoplastic composite parts for airplanes using carbon fiber. The company serves major clients like Boeing, Airbus, and Blue Origin. The shop is very clean with processes in place to ensure cleanliness. The workforce consists of around 70 people, with the potential to grow back to over 180 employees as it was beforeThe facility is equipped with advanced technology, including laser jets, welders, saws, ovens, and presses.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
