Hiring Entry Level CNC Operator!

Job Description

This role involves working in the trim department, operating a CNC flat router to make parts. The tasks are not overly complex, and training is available for individuals with mechanical aptitude. The job primarily consists of pushing buttons, understanding which buttons to push, and running the machine while deburring parts. The expectation is to produce up to 800 parts per day, depending on the part.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a CNC flat router in the trim department.
  • Produce and deburr up to 800 parts per day.
  • Learn and understand the operation of the machine, including which buttons to push.
  • Meet production goals and work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn different departments and adapt to new tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and prior machine operating experience.
  • Ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.
  • Experience in meeting production metrics and goals.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and assembly processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with production line tasks such as packaging, painting, soldering, and punch press.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to stand and work on feet all day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
