Insights and Data – Divisional Practice Manager North East Division
Role Summary
The Insights and Data Divisional Practice Manager is responsible for leading, growing, and operationalizing the Insights & Data practice within the division. This role owns strategy, delivery excellence, financial performance, talent development, and client value across data, analytics, insights, and AI-driven solutions. The Practice Manager works closely with executive leadership, sales, and delivery teams to drive measurable business outcomes for clients while scaling a high-performing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the divisional strategy for the Insights and Data practice aligned to broader organizational goals
Own the practice vision, service offerings, and roadmap across data engineering, analytics, BI, insights, and advanced analytics/AI
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, emerging technologies, and market trends
Financial Ownership
Own practice-level financial performance, including revenue growth, margins, utilization, and forecasting
Partner with sales and leadership on pipeline development, deal strategy, pricing, and margins
Ensure effective capacity planning and demand management across the practice
Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence
Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key accounts
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements
Drive outcomes-focused solutions that align insights and data to client business goals
Support complex client pursuits, proposals, and solution design
Talent & Team Development
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data and analytics professionals
Partner with recruiting to define hiring profiles and support practice growth
Establish career paths, skills development, and mentorship for practice resources
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Sales Enablement & Go‑to‑Market
Collaborate with sales and account teams to position insights and data offerings
Contribute to thought leadership, solution accelerators, and practice marketing materials
Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and executive briefings
Governance & Operational Excellence
Establish and maintain best practices for delivery governance, standards, and methodologies
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, security, and data governance standards
Measure and report on practice KPIs and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or insights roles, including leadership responsibilities
Proven experience owning or contributing to practice growth, P&L, or portfolio management
Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, BI, and modern data ecosystems
Demonstrated success building and leading cross‑functional teams
Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
Background in industry verticals such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or consumer goods
Experience with cloud data platforms, analytics tools, and advanced analytics/AI solutions
Track record of supporting or leading complex client pursuits and enterprise transformations
