I&c Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate instrumentation and controls troubleshooting.
• Conduct repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on all site equipment and systems.
• Manage process measurement and control, utility, laboratory, and bench-top instrumentation.
• Perform calibration including loop checks, humidity, temperature, and pH checks.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of valves and switches.

• 5+ years of instrumentation experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in Delta V systems, VDS, and Siemens PLCs.
• Experience with AMS-communication/Field bus.
• Experience with 4-20mA transmitters and Analog devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• A two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Equivalent military training and two years of applicable experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of GMP's and Life Science Industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a fully onsite role in a construction setting at a greenfield site, emphasizing safety and awareness. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts, potentially extending to 50 hours per week due to workload. Steel-toed boots are required, and reimbursement is provided. OSHA 10 certification is highly valued, and the company offers this training if needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wilson, NC.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
