Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering top-level service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC systems, mini splits, dual fuel systems)
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Communicate findings clearly with customers and offer repair/replacement options
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with heat pumps and gas furnaces required
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
