We are hiring an HVAC Installer that will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings in the Benton Harbor, MI area. This role ensures systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
- Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Test systems for proper operation and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and clean condition
- Communicate with customers and team members regarding project progress
- Provide basic instruction to customers on system operation and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC certification or completion of an HVAC training program preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required for handling refrigerants)
- 1–5+ years of HVAC installation experience (or apprenticeship) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
- Work in confined spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
- Stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods
Work Environment

- Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- May require overtime, weekends, or on-call work
