Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Location: Allentown, PA 18109

Duration: 3 months – Leave coverage

M-F 7:30-4:30

Summary:

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Multi-tenant class A facility
• Prefer someone with experience in that environment working with tenants and vendor

Team Overview:

2 other engineers and working for chief engineer

Resource's typical working day:

• Mechanical systems
• Preventative maintenance
• Inspection
• Operation

Must Have Skills:

• Experience with chilled water systems
• Experience with building automation systems
• Nice to have skills:
• Refrigerant certification would be a nice to have

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Education
• High School Diploma + experience
• Trade school

Software skills: MS Office Suite
