MajorDuties

  • This position is located in the Employee Relations Branch at the DCAA Headquarters where you will deliver comprehensive guidance on all aspects of human resources management, directly shaping the agency's workforce and employee relations landscape.
  • Administers HR programs and projects, applying all relevant laws and regulations for areas such as performance management, incentive awards, leave, and discipline to meet organizational needs and ensure compliance.
  • Advises on employee relations (discipline, grievances, performance) by researching cases, preparing formal responses, and maintaining accurate case files to support all actions.
  • Identifies and analyzes complex employee relations issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Advises and assists management on performance management processes and procedures, including reviewing performance elements, standards, and appraisals.

Requirements

Must be a U.S Citizen as verified through E-Verify Program Drug Testing: If you are given access to classified information, you will be subject to random drug testing. If you are selected for a special sensitive position, you will be placed in a drug testing designated position. You must pass a drug test before your assignment to such a position and you will be subject to random drug testing subsequent to your assignment. Background Investigation: All selectees will be subject to a personnel security investigation which must be favorably adjudicated for occupancy of a sensitive position and/or access to classified information. If you are selected for a critical/special sensitive position, you will be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). For a critical sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret level. For a special sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level AND you will be subject to a random counterintelligence scope polygraph.

Evaluations
