FYI is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist with at least 6 years of experience capable of performing the assigned duties as outlined below.

Essential skills required:

  • Utilize software to organize, analyze, and present human resources data
  • Provide Human Resources Staffing Support Services
  • Research policies, procedures, or other operations that require evaluation
  • Analyze data to present human resource recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion
  • Assist with implementing surveys and assessments of workforce development and promotion programs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and fairness of testing/assessment processes
