We are partnering with one of our clients to identify a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building and scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic and operational leader across the HR function, overseeing a team and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership to drive organizational initiatives, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for HR and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
  • Oversee employee relations, including complex and sensitive matters
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Review and approve compensation changes, offers, and organizational updates
  • Drive recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and overall hiring initiatives
  • Monitor HR metrics, turnover trends, and key performance indicators
  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and external partners on key initiatives
  • Continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and partner with senior leadership
  • Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and recruiting
  • Experience with HR systems, including ADP, and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
