What You’ll Own
- Lead the full HR function at the plant level (200–500+ employees)
- Be a true business partner to Plant Managers and leadership teams
- Own employee relations, engagement, and culture—this is hands-on
- Drive recruiting, retention, and workforce planning
- Manage performance, coaching, and leadership development
- Ensure compliance while still keeping the business moving forward
- Navigate both structured and fast-paced, evolving environments
What You Bring
- Manufacturing experience (automotive strongly preferred)
- Proven success as an HR leader in a plant environment
- Strong employee relations and labor relations background (union experience is a plus)
- Ability to influence, challenge, and partner with operations leadership
- Comfortable being visible on the floor—not sitting behind a desk
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset
