Position Overview
PPHC is seeking a highly motivated Intern to support the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on digitizing and organizing physical personnel and HR records, improving document accessibility and retention, and supporting data integrity across HR systems. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and administrative support in a fast-paced environment, including direct project work supporting the EVP of Human Resources.
As an Intern, you will:
Digitize and organize physical HR documents:
Support data integrity across HR systems:
Support recruitment lifecycle:
Review and proofread work products:
Provide administrative and operational support to the EVP of Human Resources:
To be successful, you will need:
· Strong interest in Human Resources and data.
· High attention to detail and commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work accurately.
· Comfort working with data in Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas) and maintaining tracking logs.
· Ability to reconcile information across multiple sources and document discrepancies clearly.
· Willingness and ability to meet and exceed established deadlines
· Dependability and reliability
· Be able to adjust to flexible work schedules
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with evolving priorities
