Human Resources Intern

Spheros is a global technology company and market leader in the development and manufacturing of thermal management solutions for all city buses, coaches and refrigerated transport fleets. We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team. You will support the Site Human Resources team in the effort to implement the processes necessary to ensure compliance with U.S. legal requirements and internal corporate standards for the development of effective teams.

Your challenges….

• Assist in managing data within ADP and Workday, performing data analysis, generating reports, conducting audits, and supporting HR projects.
• Develop, update, and administer site internal communications including organization announcements and updates.
• Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• You help facilitate implementation of training plans for the site:
• You maintain database records on team member training.
• You help coordinate on-site training sessions.
• Support the Employee Engagement Committee.
• Conduct research on HR trends and recommend process improvement.
• You create and maintain a systematic filing protocol to maintain personnel files.
• You ensure that confidentiality management standards and legal compliance standards are followed.
• You serve as liaison in supporting, structuring and encouraging collaboration and organization of community relations initiatives.
• You are accountable for administering the suggestion program, employee/labor relations, informational displays.
• You ensure other duties as assigned.

• You have the ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to job tasks.
• You have strong interpersonal skills, facilitation and organizational skills required.
• You have knowledge of GSuite applications.
