We’re hiring for a Full- time, on-site HRIS Analyst / HRIS Specialist role (level based on experience) to join our team in Sioux City, Iowa.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required based on business needs
Role Overview:
This position supports the management, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs. The role will act as a key liaison between HR, operations, and technical teams, while also supporting a major system implementation (UKG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS systems (ADP, UKG) and employee databases
- Collect, enter, audit, and manage large employee data (transfers, promotions, attendance, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and system security compliance
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership
- Support HR processes (recruiting, training, benefits, employee changes)
- Assist with HRIS implementation (UKG) and post-go-live system ownership
- Manage system access and troubleshoot user issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide system training/support
- Contribute to policies, procedures, and HR documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years (Specialist) or 5+ years (Senior Analyst) HRIS/HR experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets
- Experience with HR systems and data management
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuous learning
- Experience training or supporting users on systems
Skills & Tools:
- Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, macros)
- HRIS platforms: ADP (required), UKG (preferred), Workday/SAP/Oracle (plus)
- Reporting & analytics tools (ADP Report Writer a plus)
- Data validation, reporting, and dashboard creation
