Human Resources Generalist

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing organization as they add onto their grow team! This role as a Bilingual HR Generalist will be responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and benefits, safety & compliance. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. This role is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretation
• Assist with employee investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance management support
• Promote employee engagement, culture initiatives, and workforce communication
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Manufacturing experience required
• Spanish/English bilingual required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
