HR Generalist
Location: Columbia County, WI (On-Site)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $27–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overview
Seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers)
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS data management
- Support employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Administer benefits, leaves (FMLA, disability), and HR processes
- Maintain HRIS/ATS systems and run reports
- Assist with events, audits, and general HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of HR experience
- Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and onboarding
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
