🚨 We’re Hiring: Human Resources & EHS Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in our automotive metal-mechanical manufacturing plant.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR processes: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate standards
- Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full EHS regulatory compliance
- Lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR & EHS strategies with business goals
- Manage and optimize Workday (HRIS), including reporting, data analysis, and system utilization
🔹 Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in HR & EHS within manufacturing (automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor and safety regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Workday (HRIS & analytics) required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
