Human Resources Director

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Human Resources (HRD or higher) to lead and scale HR operations for a growing, multi-site, nationwide organization (4,000+ employees). This is a high-impact role partnering closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Currently or most recently at HR Director level or higher
  • Experience supporting 3,000+ nonexempt hourly employees (required)
  • Proven experience in multi-location, nationwide organizations
  • Hands-on expertise across:
  • Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll
  • HRIS systems & reporting
  • Training & Development
  • Litigation support (PAGA, class action, EEOC, DIR)

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions across multiple locations
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce strategy
  • Oversee HRIS, compliance, and reporting
  • Drive recruiting, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Manage and develop HR teams across regions

  • Exposure to EBITDA management

Role Details

  • Location: Upland, CA (5 days onsite)
  • Compensation: Up to $210,000 base (DOE)
  • Travel: 10–15%
