Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Position Overview

A leading fashion company is seeking a detail-oriented and approachable HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing HR support while ensuring accurate administrative and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees regarding general HR inquiries
• Process termination paperwork and maintain accurate employee records
• Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee information
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with maintaining organized and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (English + Spanish preferred)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and HR systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Professional, responsive, and team-oriented mindset

Work Environment

• Fully onsite role in a warehouse setting
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring urgency and adaptability
• Frequent interaction with employees across operations
