Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: Temporary, a few months

Overview:

Our client, a leading fashion company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to provide direct support to our TA Manager. This temporary role will focus on assisting with recruiting and onboarding activities for the next few months, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update organizational charts for open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Review resumes for entry-level roles and pre-screen candidates as needed
• Follow up on onboarding paperwork and send first-day communications to new hires
• Support career fair activities and other recruitment events
• Greet candidates and escort them to interview locations
• Manage onboarding tickets and communicate with managers regarding new hires
• Assist with other administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications / Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with candidates and team members
