Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Iselin, NJ

Type of Employment: Temporary, 6 – 12 Months

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid

Hourly: $28/hr - $30/hr


Job Summary:


LHH is working with a medical manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Rebate Analyst. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of rebate experience, advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM and this is a hybrid work schedule with two days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment for entry level to associate level roles (manufacturing, customer service, etc.)
  • Enter data into the HRIS and update employee information as needed
  • Answer employees’ benefits and payroll related questions
  • Coordinate monthly benefit invoices
  • Handle employment verifications
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and separations
  • Stay informed of local, state and federal laws
  • Manage HR related reporting

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in a human resources is preferred
  • At least 2 years in an HR role
  • Experience using UKG or Workday HRIS
  • Knowledge of HR reporting
  • Experience handling recruitment and new hire orientations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills – knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
