We are seeking an HR professional who is highly engaging, relationship-driven, and comfortable working closely with employees at all levels. This role operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, so the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively is essential.


Experience supporting customer service or call center environments is required, as this position will work closely with those teams.


We are looking for someone who is not only strategic but also hands-on—someone who actively engages with the business, builds strong connections with both employees and senior leadership, and is comfortable navigating a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems
  • Analyze and present HR data, metrics, and insights
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and leave processes
  • Lead or assist with employee training and development programs


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experienced HR Business Partner, or an HR Generalist ready to step into a more strategic role
  • Comfortable being highly visible and embedded within the business
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Skilled at working with a wide range of personalities, including senior and strong-willed leaders
  • Adaptable and effective in environments that may feel unstructured or high-pressure at times


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in HR systems, reporting, and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address root causes
  • Clear and confident communication skills across all levels of the organization
