HR Business Partner

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, well-established organization to add an HR Business Partner to their team. This is a newly created role supporting a key corporate function, with strong visibility to leadership and a clear growth path. This position will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, while also playing a critical role in employee relations and performance management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness
  • Lead talent management processes including succession planning, workforce planning, and development initiatives
  • Support organizational design efforts to improve team structure, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and ongoing feedback practices
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and track business unit performance
  • Partner with HR COEs (compensation, benefits, HRIS) to implement programs and initiatives
  • Support employee engagement and retention strategies within the client group
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Participate in change management initiatives in a dynamic, evolving environment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including previous Business Partner experience
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership and resilience
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions


Preferred

  • Advanced degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR)
  • Experience supporting corporate functions (Finance preferred)
  • Prior experience in a growth-oriented or changing organization
  • Experience utilizing Workday
