Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who is Operations and business driven with a People-first attitude.


This isn’t a traditional HR role. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be embedded in the business. It is a high visibility role. You’ll partner with leaders to drive performance, strengthen teams, and build a culture people actually want to be part of. This position reports to the VP of HR.

Job Description:

Business & Operations Partnership

  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals (capacity, productivity, growth) —understand challenges and opportunities firsthand
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and development planning
  • Identify talent gaps and support succession planning
  • Use data (turnover, headcount, productivity) to drive decisions and engagement, retention, and a culture of accountability and respect


Talent & Culture

  • Build strong talent pipelines using creative, community-driven recruiting


Payroll & Compliance

  • Support payroll processes alongside the Payroll Specialist
  • Ensure compliance with CA, CO, and multi-state employment laws



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or operations-heavy environments
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Ability to influence leaders and operate as a true business partner
  • Equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution
  • High ownership, urgency, and follow-through


Pay Range: $98k to $120k per year plus bonus (% of EBITDA)
