Position: Human Resources Administrative Assistant (PART TIME)
Location: Northborough, MA 01532 (Schedule open to flexibility)
Duration : 6+ months
Shift: 09:00am – 02.00pm
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience working in a similar role / HR experience
- Prior experience running payroll and working with HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in everything related to HR; payroll, benefits, employee information, etc.
- Basic HR knowledge and understanding of confidentiality, policies, laws, etc.
- Strong and careful attention to detail
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Extremely organized and a master of prioritization
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs in order to positively impact employee engagement.
The position will be responsible for activities such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining the HRIS system, personnel file maintenance, payroll administration, benefits administration, reporting, and assisting employees with questions related to HR programs.
The position will be responsible for the following activities:
