MajorDuties

• As a HR Spec, GS-0201-11, you will perform work in two HR Specialties, Benefits and Active Guard and Reserve (AGR). This position services both Army (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) organizations and the full-time workforce within the state.

Education

If using only education to qualify for this position, must have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. Combining Education and Experience: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond a four year degree in a related field to the position. Graduate Education: Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university meets the requirements for positions at GS-11. You must provide Official Transcripts as documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
