We are looking for an experienced and analytical HR professional with strong expertise in HR systems and data to manage HR operations, reporting, and analytics in a dynamic, international environment. This role is key in ensuring high-quality data, generating meaningful insights, and supporting informed decision-making across HR and the business.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Data Interpretation
- Manage the delivery of HR analytics, including data collection, validation, and reporting of key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment activity, etc.). Go beyond reporting by analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Reporting & Insights
- Own the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for local and global stakeholders. Ensure reports are not only accurate but also include clear interpretations, key takeaways, and recommendations.
HR Systems Management (Workday, SAP, HRIS)
- Act as a key user of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and other HRIS platforms. Ensure data integrity, system optimization, and proper use of tools for reporting and analytics purposes.
Budget Tracking & HR Data Support
- Support HR budget tracking and workforce cost monitoring by partnering with Finance. Provide data-driven insights on HR spend, helping explain variances and trends.
Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across systems. Drive best practices in data governance and improve data structures to enable better reporting and analysis.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and HR processes. Lead initiatives to standardize dashboards and reporting across LATAM.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear, insightful outputs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Controlling
- Strong experience in HR reporting and data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights, not just generate reports
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms
- Good understanding of HR metrics and workforce data (headcount, turnover, recruitment, etc.)
- Experience supporting HR budget tracking or workforce cost analysis is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with Power BI or similar tools is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in international environments is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
